The cost of Sage 200 is based on a subscription only plan (SaaS), where fees are paid on a monthly basis, Sage does not give you the option to buy the perpetual license anymore.

Costs for Sage 200 Standard start from £305 per month for a 12-month contract, this version is only available online in the Cloud where the software is hosted by Sage at their secure datacentre but sold by Sage business partners like AlphaLogix.

Sage typically publish Sage 200 subscription prices per month, so the annual cost would be 12 times the monthly cost. So, for example if you purchased the Sage 200 Standard base platform (£305 pm), the annual cost would be £3660.
Sage 200 licenses can only be used with a monthly subscription now, as Sage stopped selling the perpetual license.
If you have a valid monthly subscription for Sage 200 then there are no costs to get the latest version of the software, if you use the Cloud version then Sage applies the latest versions for you.
On top of the licence costs, the Sage 200 Implementation costs are typically calculated by the number of days of the project by the day rate of the business partner, and support costs are typically calculated as a percentage of your annual subscription licence fees.
Typically, the costs are the same as if you were starting a new Sage 200 implementation, but sometimes there can be discounts negotiated on moving from Sage 50 to Sage 200.
