What’s going on with Act! CRM this year

I recently attended the 2017 Act! summit in London with James McCarron our Executive Account Manager here at Alphalogix.
The summit was extremely enlightening and gave us some great insights into the company’s plans for the coming year. CEO of Swiftpage John Oechsle (@hjoech) and COO Lorcan Malone (@lorcan_malone) were in attendance and gave a great Keynote.

According to Capterra.com ‘s 2017 figures, Act! CRM is currently the third most popular CRM out there, trailing closely behind Zoho and Salesforce.com. We are encouraged to see these numbers but have always been aware that Act! CRM is one of the best CRM solutions out there for SME’s.

V19 – New features
Act! have recently released V19 featuring improved API connectivity and over 750 “Zaps” via Zapier.com meaning you can now connect your CRM to apps like Paypal, Outlook, Survey Monkey and many more!

V19 has many other features such as updates to Act! Premium Cloud, enhancements to the Emarketing Feature and lots of compatibility improvements. An underlying theme throughout the presentation is Swiftpage’s dedication to product quality across the platform.

V19 has also seen the introduction of Act! Companion – An iPhone and Android App that provides you with Act Premium information whilst on the move, using notifications and alerts.
