Act! v16 – End of Support announced

Act! v16 support is coming to an end.

Act! v16 software supports ends on 31st March 2017, as recently announced by Swiftpage.

In line with Swiftpage’s Support Obsolescence Policy after this date, no further Service Packs, Hotfixes, or compatibility updates will be delivered for Act! v16.x products. You will no longer be eligible to receive support for any issues encountered with your Act! v16.x products.

Don’t put yourself at risk upgrade now!

With this announcement there is some good news. For a limited time, Act! Pro v16 customers are eligible to save up to 25% to upgrade to the latest version of Act! – Pro v18.

In the recent announcement there was also advance warning of the obsolescence date for Act! v17. Customers on Act! v17 will no longer be able to purchase additional licences, be eligible for upgrade pricing and be entitled to support from 30th November 2017. That’s only just over one year away so it makes sense to start planning for your software upgrade to Act! v18 now.
